The Howard low whistle was developed over 40 years ago by Brian Howard, a master craftsman. It has been continuously improved to offer a professional instrument that is affordable and of high quality. The Howard low whistle has improved thanks to David O’Hagan’s vast experience as an instrument maker and sound engineer.

Howard Low D whistle (55cm). Howard’s new low whistle is the most responsive. Black burnished brass, with a special plastic mouthpiece. The instrument is now easier to play and better tuned thanks to new tooling.
